Scope of this privacy policy:

We only collect personal data that is necessary for the implementation and processing of our services or that you have voluntarily provided us with.

Use of the following provided customer data:

Title, first and last name, academic degree
Home address, telephone number, e-mail address Date of birth
Proof of identification (identity card, driver's license, passport, student card, proof of company, etc.)
General bank data for the execution of direct debit orders or orders placed
Customer service data,
Recording of access data for personal order/web accounts
incoming and outgoing documents / correspondence

MMM uses customer data exclusively for the following purposes:

Customer service, inquiry responses, product information and/or callbacks
for the purpose of contract performance (e.g. provision of services, invoicing, etc.) and contract management, in particular for the administration of the customers or, for example, for the provision of products and services and for the compilation of internal statistics and checks (based on our legitimate interest for the purpose of business optimization).
to establish contact in the course of an existing or future business activity
for re-targeting measures and online campaigns on Google, Facebook, LinkedIn and other marketing channels
If we collect your personal data from you, the provision of your data for all services is voluntary. However, we will not be able to fulfill our mandate, or not completely fulfill it, if you do not provide your personal data.

Data security:

Please note that we therefore accept no liability whatsoever for the disclosure of information due to errors not caused by us in data transmission and/or unauthorized access by third parties (e.g. hacking attacks on e-mail accounts or telephone, interception of faxes).

Rights of affected persons:

An official photo identification must be presented to exercise the rights of the persons concerned. Such information is generally free of charge. MMM reserves the right, however, to charge an appropriate fee for the administrative work involved in providing information that goes beyond the scope of the information as per DSGVO as amended.

Transmission of your personal data:

In order to fulfill your order, it may also be necessary to forward your data to third parties (e.g. service providers we use and to whom we make data available, etc.). Your data will only be forwarded on the basis of the DSGVO, in particular for the purpose of fulfilling your order or on the basis of your prior consent.

Some of the above-mentioned recipients of your personal data are located outside your country or process your personal data there. The level of data protection in other countries may not correspond to that of Austria. However, we only transfer your personal data to countries for which the EU Commission has decided that they have an adequate level of data protection or we take measures to ensure that all recipients have an adequate level of data protection, for which purpose we conclude standard contractual clauses (2010/87/EC and/or 2004/915/EC).

We always ensure the highest possible level of security when transferring your personal data.

MMM is authorisised to use other companies as processors. Accordingly, some customer data may be transferred to other contract data processors for the above-mentioned purposes.

Your data will only be passed on to carefully selected and contractually obligated processors, whereby we remain responsible for the protection of your personal data in this case as well. In addition, your data will only be passed on by us to third parties who are subject to strict EU data protection law or who are/were obliged to comply with an appropriate level of protection.

We have only transferred data to third countries outside the European Union if the European Commission has issued an adequacy finding for this third country.

In order to make MMM's websites user-friendly and to enable the use of certain functions, we use so-called cookies. These are small text files that are stored on your end device. Social media and blog content:

Sometimes we use social media plugins as well as the Facebook pixel to share content in social networks and to reach website visitors in social media again (re-targeting campaigns). URLs are transferred when clicking on these external links. Which data is processed is not within our sphere of influence and can be found in the privacy policies of the respective social networks.
